Taobat (Urdu: ٹاؤبٹ) is a village situated in Sharda Tehsil within Neelam Valley, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It can be found 200 kilometers (120 mi) away from Muzaffarabad and 39 kilometers (24 mi) from Kel. This village is the final point in Neelam Valley. Additionally, it is the closest site from which the Neelam River enters Pakistani land and transforms into the River Neelum. In 1998, the population was recorded at 720. Taobat can be reached from Kel via an unmetalled road. There is a motel operated by the AJK Tourism and Archeology Department, along with a few hotels available.
