Moola Chotok Waterfall is a hidden ravine in the middle of the Khuzdar District in the southern province of Balochistan, Pakistan. It is approximately 105 kilometers northeast of Khuzdar at 4058 ft. Surrounded by tall cliffs, the cascading waterfall, known as Chotok, is one of the biggest waterfalls of Sub Tehsil Moola.
The stream’s water contains naturally occurring minerals that are beneficial for health. Water comes naturally pouring down from the mountains at high speed throughout the year. Tourists from Karachi and Balochistan visit Moola Chotok to witness the marvel of nature. 4×4 Jeeps are required to reach the waterfall as there is no proper continuous road to reach this remote destination. Jeep safari is tough for some people, while it is a next-level adventure for others.
This place is a good picnic point for adventure tourists ready to bear the difficulties of reaching this remote location. Activities at Moola Chotok include trekking to visit the waterfall, camping, bonfire and star gazing. The night view of the area is amazing when there are no clouds or moon in the sky; it features millions of stars as there is no air or light pollution in this distant area of Balochistan.
