It is the most beautiful lake after a 2.5 to 3-hour jeep trek from Dowarian to Ratti Gali base camp, After that 30 to 45-minute hike from the base camp to Ratti Gali Lake—an altitude of almost 12083 feet. You can also trek on foot for 18 kilometers but it’s a very steep trek so I will not recommend it I also tried this trek to cover but almost after 14 kilometers rain started so I had to stay there and the remaining 4 kilometers covered on jeep. Visit this stunning tourist destination in the right weather.
With the beginning of summer, everyone looked forward to a memorable vacation and so did we. This time, TripMaker offered us a wonderful travel package…..including a very comfortable grand cabin, experienced drivers, a sweet tour guide, and the best hotels for overnight stays. We flew off to Islamabad and began our journey to the breathtaking Azad Kashmir. We started off our trip with Upper Neelum and stayed at the wonderful Green Village Hotel, the road trip was bumpy ahead as we went to Taobat but it was completely worth it, we saw many waterfalls throughout the drive, in Taobat we stayed at the corner view hotel which was also very nice. Then we went to Arang Kel where we hiked to our hotel because the cable car was out of service and stayed at the Wanderlust Hotel which was very comfortable and enjoyable, and lastly, we went to Sharda.
The hotel that I would like to recommend to everyone is the Vadi Hotel In Shardah, Azad Kashmir.
I must say, it was an immense pleasure to have stayed there, the owner who personally designed and took care of everything deserves all the credit for offering us a lovely stay with a gorgeous view. The interiors, the food, and the services were all spot on, we only stayed in Sharda for one day but wish we could have stayed there longer, perhaps next time. Sharing these pics and this video so that you all can also experience The beauty of Kashmir as well as the comfort and pleasure of staying at outclass hotels.
Towards the end of our trip, our stay at Whispering Pines was simply the cherry on the cake. I Was blown away by the beauty of Azad Kashmir.
